Things to consider when scheduling your appointment:
1. Schedule during a time where you can fully be focused and dedicated to yourself.
2. Consider the environment in which you will be in. If this is a Facetime/Phone coaching session you will want to be in a space that is quiet and feels comfortable and safe to you. If this is a Reiki or Sound Healing Therapy Session please come dress comfortably to your session.
3. Allow yourself at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to center yourself.
